This week in the Library, we are enjoying books by Scottish authors and stories with a Scottish twist in honour of St Andrew’s Day (30th November) and ‘Book Week Scotland‘. From Scottish terriers to the lochness monster, bagpipes to kilts the Library has it covered! Thank you to all the Scottish children’s authors out there for filling our library with much loved books- especially JK Rowling for Harry Potter, Mairi Hedderwick for Katie Morag, Chris Hoy for Flying Fergus and Kenneth Grahame for The Wind in the Willows.
