Year 1 at Fulham Palace
17 Jan 2020
This week Year One had the fantastic opportunity to go on a trip to Fulham Palace. They enjoyed an exploratory walk in the historic grounds and then were greeted by the Palace co-ordinator for a morning of exciting workshops. The children explored a variety of toys from the past all the way to 2020. They became investigators and had a closer look at what the teddy bears, dolls and cars were made out of. We then used recycled items and had a session on ‘make, take, recreate’ to make our very own toys! Finally, as a little treat we had a play in the park. What a wonderful day we had!
