Year 3 at the House of Illustration

Both Year 3 classes enjoyed a trip to the House of Illustration in King’s Cross. First, we took a look at the art on offer in a George Him exhibition, sketched our own versions of his works, and then moved onto our character design workshop. During this, we worked with mixed media (collage and marker pens,) creating our own truly unique characters. A huge ‘Thank You!’ goes out to the parent helpers across both classes, who did a great job helping out on the trips.
