Library News: Storms & Weather

Inspired by storm Eunice this week we will be enjoying stories about storms and weather in the Library. This morning the Library was full of tales of falling branches, broken tiles and even toys blown away by recent weather. We had great fun discussing the storm naming system and many of the children had some great suggestions for when we move on to ‘G’ ‘H’ and ‘I’. Let’s hope that is not for a while.
This week we are going to begin sending around half termly classroom book boxes for Years 4, 5 & 6. This is to replace the classroom reading corner and will ensure that each class benefits from the rich and varied collection of books that the Library has to offer.
