At St Stephen’s we offer full time, fee paying or code funded, Nursery Education from 9am- 3:30pm. Our Nursery is open during term times only.
Each child is entitled to 15 hours of free nursery education. Parents can pay for the rest of their child’s fees with: the government’s 30 hours Free Childcare Code with an additional charge for lunch and 3:30pm pick up, or child care vouchers from their place of work, or privately fund their fees. Financial arrangements can be checked with Miss Joahill. You can look online at https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare to see if you are eligible for 30 hours free child care.
Our Nursery offer includes the following:
Our Nursery provision will be open from 9:00am to 3:30 pm, during the term times for St Stephen’s CE Primary School. Please note that the whole school, including the nursery provision, is closed on Inset training days.
You may choose for your child to attend part time, but full time fees would still need to be paid. If your child is going to attend part time, then we ask that you agree a set pattern of attendance with us at the start of each half term, to help your child feel settled and secure. We would suggest that children attend for a minimum of five mornings a week or three full time days in order to maintain friendships and get the best out of their nursery place.
