Tales of Christmas!
Christmas is in the air in the Library this week. All the Christmas stories have been put on display for the children to enjoy and borrow. All classes will be coming to the Library this week to hear a Christmas story and to share our vast collection for festive storybooks. My all time favourite is Christmas on Exeter Street by Diana Hendry – in this story so many unexpected guests turn up on Christmas Eve that aunties must sleep on the mantle piece, cousins sleep in the bathtub and baby Lily-Lou sleeps in the sink! Needless to say it all worked out in the end and the enormous family had the best Christmas ever!
Reminder: This is the last week of book borrowing this term. All books returned next week please!
