Year 2 Hoberman Class Assembly

We were delighted by Year 2 Hoberman’s wonderful assembly this morning. Focused on the very worthwhile theme of celebrating and embracing difference, the school was treated to a fantastic retelling of the story ‘The Whisperer’, complete with warring ginger and black and white cats and a group of endlessly mischievous narrating rats. The children also performed three excellent song and dance numbers, including a finale accompanied by full makaton actions. The children spoke really loudly and clearly and the message was received by the audience loud and clear. Truly a fantastic and heart warming assembly – there was barely a dry eye in the house! Well done Year 2 Hoberman!
